退換貨及退款條例

鑑賞期

消費者自簽收商品次日起享有七天鑑賞期。請注意,鑑賞期並不等於試用期。消費者可以拆封檢查商品,但退貨需保持包裝完整性,不可遺漏任何配件和發票。

請消費者在拆包裹時全程錄影,若商品有任何使用痕跡或損壞,恕不接受退換貨申請。

不得退貨商品

  • 貼身飾品:如耳飾,開封即視為已使用,因衛生疑慮恕不接受退貨申請。
  • 客製化商品:因為是依照消費者需求特別訂製,恕不接受退貨申請。

訂購商品

  • 金額超過一萬新台幣並且出貨時間超過一個月以上之商品,訂單將會於收到商品總價三分之一的定金後成立。
  • 金額少於一萬新台幣之商品,訂單將會於消費者支付全額後成立。

退換貨流程

  1. 聯繫客服:如需退換貨,請先行聯繫客服,提供拆包裹時的錄影並說明退換貨原因及商品情況。
  2. 確認寄件資訊:客服確認退貨需求後,會提供退貨寄件資訊及相關指引。
  3. 包裝商品:請消費者將商品連同所有配件、發票完整包裝,確保商品在退回過程中不受損。
  4. 寄回商品:依據客服提供的資訊將商品寄回。

退款

收到退貨商品並確認無誤後,我們將在14個工作日內處理退款。

退款將退回至您的付款方式。

注意事項

  • 鑑賞期內,退貨運費由我們承擔。
  • 請保留寄回商品的快遞單號,以便追蹤退貨狀態。

Refund Policy

Inspection Period

Customers are entitled to a 7-day inspection period starting from the day after receiving the product. Please note that the inspection period is not the same as a trial period. Customers may open the package to check the product, but the packaging must remain intact, with all accessories and invoices included for returns.

Customers are required to record a video when unboxing the product. If the product shows any signs of use or damage, we will not accept return or exchange requests.

Non-returnable Items

Personalized jewelry: Earrings and other intimate jewelry are not eligible for returns due to hygiene concerns.

Customized products: Products made to customer specifications cannot be returned.

Special Order Products

For products priced over TWD 10,000 and with a delivery time of over one month, the order will be confirmed upon receipt of a deposit equal to one-third of the total product price.

For products priced below TWD 10,000, the order will be confirmed upon full payment by the customer.

Return and Exchange Process

Contact customer service: If you need to return or exchange an item, please contact our customer service team first, provide a video of the unboxing, and explain the reason for the return or exchange along with the product condition.

Confirm return details: After customer service confirms the return request, they will provide you with return shipping information and related guidelines.

Package the product: Please ensure the product, along with all accessories and invoices, is repackaged securely to prevent damage during return shipping.

Send back the product: Ship the product back according to the information provided by customer service.

Refunds

Once we receive and verify the returned product, we will process your refund within 14 business days.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Important Notes

During the inspection period, return shipping costs will be covered by us.

Please keep the tracking number for the return shipment to monitor the return status.
